Our team was excited to partner with Union Bank on a new animated advertisement showcasing the ease and convenience of their mobile and online banking services. As this was Union Bank’s first venture into animation we were thrilled by the challenge to craft a new illustration and animation style for them. This involved designing a diverse cast of characters that would resonate with their clientele, bringing the bank’s digital offerings to life in a fresh and engaging way.

Style Frames

During the early development phase several stylistic directions were explored, and we eventually settled on a direction with two distinct color scheme options. The approved final look embraced natural skin tones, creating a more authentic and inclusive visual experience.

Character Design

The script called for a variety of different scenes to highlight Union Bank’s services, which meant creating a diverse cast of characters. This required several unique character designs for the variety of settings. Our team dove right in, designing the characters, rigging for animation, and bringing them to life with motion that suited the brand’s narrative.
